Pocket on Perry will provide comforters, pillows, blankets, mattress pads, bath mats and kitchen towels.
As with most Cape May house rentals, tenants bring their own towels and sheets (pack 4 queen sets and 10 twin sets).
For guests who prefer to have these items delivered, Cape May offers local linen rental services.

What should the renter bring vs. what does the house supply?

Does the house have infant/toddler furniture?As fellow parents, we feel it is in the best interest and safety of our guests if you bring your own infant and toddler furniture that meet the current safety standards as required by law and that also meet the needs of your family/child(ren). This includes items needed for sleeping, sitting and playing. Please feel free to bring and use additional safety measures such as socket guards, stair gates, etc.

Do you offer additional beds?Pocket on Perry can comfortably sleep 19 guests in beds. We do not offer additional roll-away beds. If your toddler needs to sleep with you in a master bedroom, you may bring an air mattress or sleep mat to place on the floor. Please do not rearrange furniture.

Is smoking allowed?Pocket on Perry is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted the house or cottage, on the porch, in the yard or anywhere on the property. Fortunately, we have a beautiful park with benches directly across the street where smoking is permitted.

Can renters bring a pet?While we ourselves are huge animal lovers, we unfortunately cannot have pets stay at Pocket on Perry out of caution for our guests who have animal allergies.

Where should we park?You can fit 4 cars in our private driveway. There's also street parking available with no time restrictions.

What is the age restriction?The primary renter must be at least 30 years of age. If you misrepresent your group, your lease will be void, you will not have access to the property and no money will be returned.

Do you offer any discounts?Pocket on Perry offers off-season pricing and fewer minimum required nights typically after Labor Day and prior to Memorial Day. You can also save a lot when you book direct with us vs paying fees to VRBO/Airbnb. Cape May has become a year-round destination so there’s really never a bad time to visit!

How much is the security deposit?For direct bookings, the security deposit is $1,000; it is returned a few weeks after your stay once cleaning and inspection have been reported as satisfactory. For VRBO/Airbnb your deposit is held on the card you book with.

How much is the cleaning fee?Cleanliness is not something we want to skimp on! Pocket on Perry hired the best cleaners in Cape May to ensure that our house is 100% clean from top to bottom after one renter leaves and before the next renter arrives. Therefore, there is a mandatory cleaning fee of $450 every time the house is rented. COVID-19 update: Cape May house cleaners have implemented additional measures to keep your family safe and healthy during your stay!
